New Year, New Place, New Puppy

We are all settled in to our new place in Miami, and we love it.  We have been having so much fun here.  The boys play in the backyard all day long and a few times a week we all go on a long bike ride.  So far the Gulfstream meet has been going really well for us.  The kids and I have spent a lot of time at the farm playing with Meema and Poppie and last but not least the boys got a puppy.  He is a Catahoula named Max and we love him

Kentucky

This fall Joe decided to move his tack and give Kentucky a try.  It's a good thing he did, because we had a great meet at Churchill and Joe ended up third in the standings.  I think it fair to say that Kentucky will be seeing us again.  While in Kentucky we lived in a really cute one bed room suite and Brodie said that he loved living in a hotel.  Downstairs they had a little mock grocery store that you charged to your room, Brodie was convinced that we were not really paying and that it was all just make believe.  I am pretty sure that Brodie just thought the whole month was play time.

 Everyone gets dressed up to go to the races in Kentucky.  Brodie loved wearing his ties and made us go get him more

 We went to the circuit finals rodeo one night

 and the boys got spoiled rotten sleeping in our bed

 The day before we left we took the boys to lights under Louisville.  It is a few miles worth of under ground caves that they decorate for Christmas.  I have been on many car rides to see Christmas light, but not like this.  The boys loved it.

Jason and June

On October 6th we got to attend and be part of Jason and Junes beautiful wedding.  They were married in Half Moon Bay and June did and amazing job personalizing every last detail of the wedding.  I love you Jason and June thank you for letting me stand up with you and be your best man.
