It's been a while

Hi everyone, sorry that I have not updated the blog in awhile, but my computer has been acting up. Today we went to the Zoo in Wilmington, it is a really small zoo but Brodie liked it. This week he also met Nan and aunt Noreen.

One Year

Yesterday was our anniversary. We went to Laurel with Joe, and then the Cheesecake Factory. When Joe and I first started dating I made him take me there all the time, so it seemed like the right place to go for our first anniversary.

Back Home

On Wednesday we flew back home to Delaware. Brodie now thinks he is some kind of professional flyer. He loves being on the airplane. He pretty much stayed awake for the whole flight. He was playing in the middle seat, and destroying Joe's newspaper. When we got back home, we had one day to relax, and then on Friday we went into the Children's hospital for a follow up appointment. Brodie's EKG and ECHO looked good, so for now it looks like his next Surgery will be in May.

Hello Ocala

Last night we arrived in Ocala at my parents farm. We also finally got to go thru our wedding pictures with our photographer (I will post some when we get them). Brodie got to ride his fancy tire swing that grandpa bought and hooked up to the hot walking machine. Brodie wasn't scared at all. The seat actually fit him pretty well, so we let him sit by himself. After a few turns we also let him ride it by himself. He was a natural, i guess it's in his blood.

Yesterday Brodie went over to his cousins house to play. Piper and Neeko were very excited to entertain Brodie.

On Wednesday Brodie flew on his first plane. We left from Philadelphia and flew to Florida. He was such a good boy, he slept most of the flight. When he was awake, he watched his DVD player. He was a very good boy.

On Friday, we went to Tampa Bay downs to watch my dads horses train. I am pretty sure that he has already decided that race tracks are great.

He also rode his first horse.
