Grandmas and Mischief

Yesterday my mom flew from Orlando to Erie, she had a three hour layover in Philadelphia. So Brodie and I drove up to have lunch with her. After lunch we came home and tried to clean the house. Well actually I tried to clean, and Brodie wanted to make sure that there was plenty of stuff for me to pick up.

While I was hanging up shirts in the closet, this is what Brodie was doing.

Swim Lessons

Today was our first day of Swim class at the YMCA, The little shrimps swimmers. Brodie loves the water, so it was kind of hard to stay with the class. The instructor wanted to go step by step, and Brodie just wanted to splash and be pushed around as fast as i could.

He was suppose to stand, but he just wanted to jump in
I gave in (we aren't not the best when it comes to following rules)

Thomas the Train

Today we went to the Strasburg Railroad Station and rode on Thomas the Train. Brodie and I went with Sharon Dominguez and her two boys Alex and Matthew, and Tracy Nunley and Taven. We had a blast, we met up at 7:30 at Tracy's for breakfast. We all jumped in Sharon's car and took the loudest car ride of my life to Amish country. The boys were so excited, Brodie didn't know much about Thomas, but he was definitely feeding off of their energy.

Big Boy

This little guy is growing up so fast, it's amazing. I don't think that I have ever met another kid that wants to be a big boy as much as him. Now when we go to the races, he has to have his own program. Even when he falls asleep you can not get it way from him. He also thinks that Joe rides every race. From the time the horses break from the gate till they pass the wire he yells "Dada, dada, dada, my dada." it is adorable, he even has his own fan club now.
