Thomas the Train
Today we went to the Strasburg Railroad Station and rode on Thomas the Train. Brodie and I went with Sharon Dominguez and her two boys Alex and Matthew, and Tracy Nunley and Taven. We had a blast, we met up at 7:30 at Tracy's for breakfast. We all jumped in Sharon's car and took the loudest car ride of my life to Amish country. The boys were so excited, Brodie didn't know much about Thomas, but he was definitely feeding off of their energy.

Yeah, we did the Thomas the train rides, too. The tickets were pricey so only Tim went on with Andy. It was kind of like a carnival with characters they could meet, tattoo stickers, a lego statue of Thomas, and of course shopping. It is like a huge festival of toddler boys. The first time we went we looked out at a sea of other "Andrews". And they all had their favorite little trains in their hands. We still put his collection of tracks and trains around the Christmas tree each year. I think trains are a necessity of boyhood.
