Trick or Treat

Today for Halloween we went trick or treating at aunt Tiffany's house. She made Chile and I made Mummy dogs. Brodie and the girls went trick or treating and Brodie had a blast. By the second house we went to, he figured out that they were giving him candy. I think he could have gone all night.

Lots of Changes

I can always tell when a week or so has passed by without updating, because I start getting e-mails reminding me to update. So here it is, for starters it is officially cold here now, so we had to pack up all of our summer stuff to make room for winter gear. We also had to take all of the baby things that Brodie has outgrown into storage. And let me tell you, this kid has a lot of stuff. We also have gotten more serious about buying a house and I am pretty sure that we have found one we like. And last but not least Delaware park ended, so now we are back to long days of traveling back and forth to Laurel park and Philly. Brodie also had a appointment with his Cardiologist and they have pushed back his final surgery until spring, so this year we can just sit back and enjoy the holidays.

Fall on the east coast is my favorite time of the year, so we went for a bike ride before those get put away for the winter

Cruising

Brodie has mastered riding his motorcycle in the apartment, so we took him to the park where there was more room to ride.

We found a dog at the park that looked just like Bailey

I love this video, he gets so mad at me when I try to talk to him while he is driving.

Race track party

Brodie had his race track party on Saturday at Delaware Park, Joe wasn't able to be there because he rode in the Hawthorne Derby that day and Oklahoma on Sunday. We had lots of good food, good friends, and if you can believe it, even more presents.

Cassie and Doug

Joe had to ride at Laurel park on Friday, so Doug and Cassie met us at the races to hang out for the day. It was so nice to see them before they headed back to California. After the races we went out to dinner. Thank you guys for meeting us, I am so glad that you got to meet Joe and Brodie.

Birthday Party #1

Yesterday was Brodie's 1st birthday, and we had a little family party at home. I am not sure that he knew what Birthday meant, but he definitely know that it was a special day. Auntie Brittany came down from Presque Isle, and all day long he kept getting presents. He was so excited that the only nap he took was on the way to the bakery to pick up his cake. I am sure he will be happy to find out that we get to do this all over again on Saturday for his race track party.
