Minnesota

Last week we went out to Minnesota for a whole week for Brit's wedding. It was such a pretty wedding. Jason and June also spent the whole week there, so we all got to be together. We had so much fun despite the weather being completely crazy. When we first arrived it was raining like the place was going to flood, then the heat set in and tried to melt all of us.

Brit's Wedding Part 1

I have so many pictures to go through from Brit's wedding, so here are the first batch of them. Brodie was Brit's ring bearer, and we wanted him to match the bridal party. Unfortunately the only color accessories they sell for a size 2 tux is black. so I made him a bow tie and suspenders out of satin. I think that they turned out super cute.
Before the rehearsal dinnerAs soon as we got there, Caylee grabbed him and told him that he was going to dance with her. He just smiled, such a boy.Brodie with Uncle Scott and CayleeTaking a snack break in the middle of picturesBrit's flowersBrit and ScottJune and JasonScott's grandma made this whole cake from scratchIt was the best chocolate cake I have ever had. Brodie ate two whole piecesAnd downed it with a glass of milkBrit and Scott's first danceBrodie was a dancing machine, he was not shy at all.Brodie and his little buddy Layne kept doing this funny little dance/strut around the dance floorAll night long he would look at me and say, "I have good moves"Cheering on Layne while he tried to break danceThen Brodie joined inThen Aunt June joined in. This is why Brodie loves her so muchHe kept dragging June back to dance with himHe also spent a lot of the night chasing little Caylee aroundDancing with BritHe lasted till a little after midnight and then we found him like this

Dutch Wonderland

Last Thursday Joe had the day off, so we took all the cousins with us to Dutch Wonderland. I love having that park close to us. The whole place is geared for little kids. I think Brodie and Gabi could go on every ride in the whole park.
